Position Overview
XCare is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused EV Sales Advisor responsible for helping EV owners understand, evaluate, and purchase the right protection plans for their vehicles.
This is a high-performance, revenue-driven role focused on converting inbound leads, re-engaging existing opportunities, and driving consistent monthly growth. You will work directly with customers through phone, text, email, and digital channels to create a seamless and trusted buying experience.
The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, coachable, and deeply familiar with the EV ecosystem. You should be comfortable speaking confidently with Tesla, Rivian, and other EV owners about ownership experiences, charging habits, technology, and long-term vehicle considerations.
Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Convert inbound leads into XCare customers
- Follow up on web inquiries, quotes, and warm opportunities
- Re-engage aged leads and inactive prospects
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best protection options
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and performance goals
Customer Consultation
- Educate EV owners on protection plans and ownership considerations
- Deliver a consultative, transparent, and trust-based buying experience
- Answer customer questions and handle objections confidently
- Guide customers through a simple, digital purchase process
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity in Salesforce/CRM
- Manage daily follow-ups, tasks, and pipeline opportunities
- Keep deal stages and customer notes organized and up to date
- Ensure fast response times to maximize conversion
Customer Experience
- Represent the XCare brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Create a frictionless and positive customer journey
- Build long-term trust through education and support
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicles and the EV ownership experience (Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, Ford, GM, etc.)
- Passion for EV technology and emerging automotive trends
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment
- Comfortable selling over phone, text, email, and digital channels
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce is a plus)
Preferred Experience
- Automotive, F&I, warranty, insurance, fintech, or SaaS sales
- Experience in a commission-driven environment
- Experience selling in a digital or remote environment
