Client Advocate

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Dallas, TX (Frisco Office)

Overview:
We strive to achieve the highest levels in customer experience, as customer retention is one of our main focuses here at Xcelerate. In the many moving pieces dealing with a vehicle purchase, we strive for full transparency to our clients. Our Client Advocate is a key member of our sales operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for any and all customer follow up dealing with vehicle registrations, greeting walk in traffic, survey responses, outbound and inbound mail. You will be expected to be a self-starter, proactive in problem finding along with problem solving. This position will likely be the first of many, setting the framework and workflow that will allow us to scale over time. You will be measured based on organizational methods, timeliness to close out customer experience cases, and consumer feedback resulting from your conversations.

Responsibilities:

  • Have an understanding of consumer reaction through argumentative science
  • Introduce methods of organization and transparency revolving around
    customer experience concerns, registration follow up cases, survey follow up and general greeting of walk in traffic
  • Monitor and manage basic bookkeeping
  • Weekly updates to leadership about customer service issues separated by
    Service, Leasing, and Sales
  • Build and maintain working relationships with sales and service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Preferred 2-3 years of experience within customer service
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to customer critical concerns in a timely manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional verbal skills that translated well over the phone
  • Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization.
  • Passionate dedication and ethical approach to client advocacy
  • Self-starter who possesses exceptional time and organizational management skills and has great attention to detail.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record.
  • Strong knowledge and proven work experience with systems.

Content & Inventory Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Dallas, TX (Frisco Office)

Overview:
Our Content & Inventory Specialist is a pivotal member of our sales operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are checked in, stocked into our system, ensure photos are taken, and accurately marketed online all in a timely manner. You will be expected to work around an inventory management system and creating and maintaining marketing techniques through various digital spaces. You will be measured based on organizational methods, number of incoming leads from the various listings of vehicles, and quickness of vehicles being marketed.

Responsibilities

  • Have an understanding of business needs and strategies that revolve around digital marketing and online content management
  • Introduce methods of organization and transparency revolving around inventory management, vehicle option knowledge and training development
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced/start-up environment
  • Build and maintain working relationships with sales and service
  • Provide weekly updates to sales staff on new inventory availability
  • Manage and establish business process around online marketing tools and resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience within digital merchandising

Sales Advisor

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Dallas, TX (Frisco Office)

Overview:

Our sales advisor is a pivotal member of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads from various listing sites, manage your own customer pipeline, following up with customers, hitting sales targets, and working closely with upper management to fulfill the feedback loop. You will be expected to work around our customer relationship management (CRM) software.

You will be measured based on monthly sales targets, survey response, and order to delivery timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Building relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Manage a high level of pipeline activity
  • Understand and execute on identifying customer objections and providing innovative solutions (financial, technical, lifestyle, and practical) in order to get into new vehicle technology

Requirements

  • Pre-existing automotive knowledge
