Our staff and leadership team has a wide range of expertise and backgrounds; with over 40 years of automotive experience, 25 of those years specializing in the electric vehicle space. Our team has come from the traditional automotive space, former Tesla management and Silicon Valley tech, and we strive to be in the forefront of automotive technology with the goal of transitioning the public into the future of electric transport.

The Role

As an Operations Specialist, you are directly responsible for quickly transacting, preparing, verifying, and sending contracts to customers who are leasing/financing their electric vehicle. You will own and drive the follow up and resolution to any document/registration related issues. You will be working directly with Electric Vehicle Manufacturers, DMVs, and internal stakeholders to drive solutions on behalf of our customers.

We are looking for a team member who shines in an administrative role and comes to work each day with a positive attitude. You must be able to learn fast, take direction well, be able to drive solutions independently, and be super organized. This person needs to maintain a hyper-focused workflow with the ability to quickly pivot from task to task with a high level of efficiency. This Operations Specialist is the backbone of our operation to transition our society to electrification.

Responsibilities

• Create and/or follow any/all standard operating procedures to ensure all internal and external compliance rules are followed and met. • Proactively stay up to date with any changes to assist in the direction of the business • Identify areas for process improvement or creation, in order to drive operational efficiency • Organizational note taking for each customer record and sending cohesive updates to leadership • Willingness to work in a fast paced/start-up environment with little direct supervision • Work independently towards achieving team and individual objectives and metrics including an individual quota • Coordinate and maintain a strong professional relationship with partners to meet business goals and objectives • Additional duties required as business functions grows and changes over time • Forward information on challenges in the field to leadership in a solution driven way

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or at least 1 year of related work experience • Possess a high degree of verbal/conversation skill, and the ability to direct a conversation without dominating. EQ is the new IQ. • Must be a self-starter, extremely organized and process oriented • Be motivated by the customer experience, but energized by operational productivity/results • Highly proficient with desktop applications such as Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Office, DocuSign, Salesforce, internal software and others. If you are not familiar, be able to quickly learn and master • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and adhere to critical deadlines • Practical problem-solving mindset – uses a structured approach to identify, correctly frame and analyze to essential, actionable insights • Agile – have shown impact in high growth environments with rapidly changing direction • Humble and hungry in the face of ambiguity – able to create your own context • Self-starter who possesses exceptional time and organizational management skills and possesses strong attention to detail • Flexibility with schedule, willing to work the hours of operation to ensure coverage • Scrappy and creative in pursuit of a solution • Be fun to work with.
